1. I’ve Purchased Tickets. How Do I Enter the Event with My Online Tickets?
After successful payment, you will automatically receive 2 emails:
• Order Confirmation Email
• E-Ticket Email (with QR code)
Your E-Ticket email will include a QR code. To enter the event, simply present your QR code at the door (cashier).
👉 1 QR code = 1 entry. If you purchased multiple tickets, you will receive separate QR codes. Simply show one E-Ticket email at the door, and we’ll be able to verify how many tickets are under your name.
If you do not receive your E-Ticket email with the QR code, please check your spam or junk folder.
2. Do I Need to Bring ID? 🔞
No Valid ID = No Entry (Venue Policy)
Accepted ID
• Australian Driver’s Licence (Physical or Digital via myVicRoads app / Service Victoria app)
• Passport (Physical only)
• Digital Keypass (Digital iD™ app)
Screenshots, photos, or scans of ID / Passport are NOT accepted.
Digital ID must be shown via an approved app.
Entry will be refused without valid ID even with a ticket.
No refunds will be provided for customers unable to present valid ID at entry.
